Xela, Guatemala 9/13/08

Well I am chillin in Xela, Guatemala. It is their independence day weekend so it is crazy here. I am playing tomorrow night so I have all day and night to chill. Last night was the most bone jarring 5 hour drive here from Guatemala City through twisting roads in pouring rain. I did get to see a volcano smoking with lava rolling down its side. Just a little concerned about my trip back home. I have to fly through Houston on Monday - if the airport is still there that is. Now I have to deal with my permanent head ache due to the altitude - we are at about 9000 feet right now.
